    1. Integrated Aluminum Radiator and product form design

Our lights are with newly designed product form, skillful structure, filling with modern atmosphere, fitting to the trend of times. For the cooling radiator, we adopts for the precept of air convection integrated cavity style Aluminum radiator, which has up and down two layers cooling surface. The middle of the radiator are connected by eight tendons, its front and back are open, meanwhile in the both sides there are air convection holes, which can speed the air circulating, in favor of the heat releasing, enhancing the LED light source’s heat conduction efficiency. This unique design can make sure the working temperature safely for high-power LED light.

    2. The Design of Metal Bolt High Power LED Light Source

In order to enhance the stability of the Metal Bolt High Power LED Light Source, we import LED chip from USA, and weld it directly onto the top of metal bolt nuts by eutectic welding technology, screw down directly to the Aluminum Radiator when installing, which could make a close integration between LED and radiator, change the traditional heat transmitting by silicone sheet of the LED optical, enhance the heat conduction efficiency between LED and Aluminum radiator, fully make sure the LED light’s life up to 60000h. The high quality fluorescent powder we import from American enables a single LED’s brightness to achieve above 90 lumina; there are many kinds of color temperatures to choose as well so that we can meet different needs in various circumstances. 

    3. Optical takes the light control design by combining one time bat-wing photometry and secondary optical lens modules idemitsu


    4. Optimizing design for driving circuit

The design of DC 9V-30V or city electric AC 84V-264V wide input voltage driving circuit, together with the accurate constant current output, help to make each high efficiency LED work in a constant rated current environment, minimum cable losses and aging coefficient, power conversion efficiency higher than 90%. Accurate constant current output makes sure a longer LED life.
